As we begin the New Year, your homeowner’s association Board of Directors is most pleased with the response we have received from the community; especially in our request for participation on our various committees.
Thanks to all who are participating.
There remains one troubling issue that needs all of us to resolve and that is the issue of pet waste.
The Board's number one complaint from the homeowners is pet owner's not picking up after their pets! (I guess we should be grateful that "pet cleanup" is our number one complaint at Saddle Club).
But really folks, what do we have to do to get the pet owner’s to pick up after their pets and keep their pets on a leash?
Is it right that our children and families should have to dodge feces in the play areas in our parks and common greens?
Should the Board really be looking at establishing a pet fining policy for our pet owners who can't pick up?
Pet owners~ please, we need your help to get everyone to be responsible for their pets.
Saddle Club is such a beautiful community where we can enjoy our families, pets and facility.
We do not want to harbor the idea of adding this to our policy on fines, nor do we want to expend monies on hiring a waste removal service to the tune of approximately $2,000 annually!!!
Let’s work together on making these issues disappear.
We can look forward to another fun year together at Saddle Club.
The social committee is planning a spring festival, similar to but, even better than our first ever fall festival.

Oh, if you haven’t yet registered on the site, I ask that you please do so as the website will become our main form of communications to all residents.
Finally, our first 2012 Board of Directors meeting will be held on Tuesday, 2/21 at the offices of Neighbor Management (NMI).
The meeting will begin at 7:00pm.
This is an open meeting and all residents can attend.
